PROJECT DESIGN The senior housing market has continued to offer the same type of care and housing for years. We have designed a new way of living on a concierge level of service. Rather than building a "hospital" typesetting, we will be offering individual single homes, all together, within its own gated neighborhood. Each home will have six residences and a caretaker. Residences will be able to have their "own" home and still belong to the community. 


Informally referred “The Ranch”, will be developed on 10 acres, offer 130-160 beds within 8 homes, Mild Cognitive Impairment, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Hospice, allowing residents the benefits of fully aging in place

PROJECT LOCATION Tucked among the most desirable and thriving neighborhoods of San Diego. The Ranch will offer scenic mountain views of Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, and Black Mountain. To the south is the newest shopping center and amenities. The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch. The area is surrounded by high[end residential housing. 

PROJECT AMENITIES Equine Therapy with onsite stables, chef branded cuisine, on-site farm-fresh food, full spa treatments, garnering, aromatherapy, art, music, and pet therapy, individualized fitness/wellness programs, theater, prayer room, housekeeping, laundry and linen services, transportation services, library, community center, swimming pool, water aerobics, emergency response system, and sensory-based comfort measures.
