We focus on the construction of ground-up multifamily projects, as well as the refurbishment of existing properties. These typically offer a 33% annual rate of return, and in some cases, that return is guaranteed, providing additional peace of mind to our investors.* We look for value and to tackle the hardest challenges when it comes to deliver quality products to market and high yield returns to our investors.

We additionally focus on single-family residencies, or SFRs. We typically find great SFR inventory, renovate and sell these SFRs, often referred to as “flipping,” which historically average a rate of return of 45% in just one year. These investment opportunities emerge during certain economic conditions, so they are not always available.
SLIG works towards identifying undervalued commercial properties in neighborhoods undergoing gentrification and benefiting from the expansion of mass transit lines. SLIG’s headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles is a live example of quality, vision and profits expected from a luxury retail and office space building.
A strong demand for $40-$100M hospitality real estate projects and access to our seasoned in-house hospitality investment advisor makes this sector attractive to select exclusive investors.

With the estimated 75 million baby boomers in America alone and around 8,000 to 10,000 retiring per day, there are currently not enough facilities to cater to the assisted living, memory care and hospice needs in the market. SLIG is actively acquiring and developing Seniors Housing projects throughout the Western United States and are working towards expanding that operations into the East Coast and perhaps Europe.
